The 2nd Annual St. Louis Salsa Congress will be held from Friday September 30, 2011 to Sunday, October 2, 2011 at the Millennium Hotel, located at 200 S. 4th Street, St. Louis, MO. The event is 3-days of Afro–Latin Music and Dance Convention that features over 40 workshops by professional world renowned dance instructors, plus dance shows, musicians, DJ’s and social dancing.



Dates

Setup: Friday, September 30, 2011 after 8:30 AM
Take Down: Take down may begin on Sunday, October 2, 2011. Space must be cleared by 3:00 AM .

Merchant Single Table with Electrical Outlet $250.00
Storefront Double Tables with Electrical Outlet $250.00



All tables will be 8’ long x 30” wide with skirting and 2 chairs. Extra tables will be an additional costs. Modifications require prior written approval from Almas Del Ritmo Dance Company LLC. All vendors are responsible for the security of their items.



Advertising

Print advertising is available in the St. Louis Salsa congress Commemorative Magazine.



Registration Deadline

Booth registration and payment must be made by September 1, 2011. For registration, please visit the Vendor Registration page for form and payment access.



Restrictions

Distribution of Food & Beverages for sale is prohibited per the Terms & Conditions of our contract with the Millennium.
